"EFT From The Heart" DVD Set

In July of 2008, EFT Master, Andy Bryce, led a workshop in Kingston, NY called EFT From The Heart. In it, Andy discussed the history of EFT and an overview of the technique itself. Although the 3-set DVD is edited, but not completed, highlights of the workshop including a brief history of EFT, the set up phrase, the tapping points, the Personal Peace Process and Borrowing Benefits appear on this site. Also included are four 20-30 minute sessions, in which Andy uses his unique technique, heart, compassion, insight and humor, to gently help his clients lessen their pain and guide them to reduce their emotions of angst over an elderly mother's needs and grief over the death of a spouse.
